HIMARIS secretariat room is the main place for HIMARIS members to gather  for conducting a meeting and formulizing HIMARIS event projects. It is located in the Student Centre building exactly placed in the corner. The room is a little bit small, with only 5 x 5 meters square. The door is painted brown and there is a HIMARIS logo in front of the door.

The HIMARIS secretariat room has several functions. First of all, HIMARIS uses the secretariat room to store the files and documents of the HIMARIS activities. A cupboard full of documents is placed in the corner of the room. Second, HIMARIS members gather in this room for discussing the project that will be conducted by HIMARIS. Usually, the results of the discussion are written on the whiteboard and on the sticky notes posted on the wall.  HIMARIS also uses this room to keep the stuff that HIMARIS has,for example, sports equipment and photo albums.

Even though this secretariat room is a little bit small, it is comfortable. Besides discussing the projects of HIMARIS, the members also use this place for chit-chatting, creating bonding, and even studying and discussing their school stuff
