Proleg

Proleg

Proleg or Legislative Program is an activity where MPH Himaris is the executor. Proleg has a definite or predetermined time frame and is a fairly large activity and involves many people. The following are the Prolegs owned by MPH Himaris for this year's period:


1. Member Upgrade

Upgrading members is a legislative program of MPH Himaris that aims to explore the potential and shape the professional character of each member of MPH Himaris. This upgrade contains all kinds of things that MPH Himaris members need to know in the legislative field.


2. Prolegma

Prolegma, or Student Legislation Program, is MPH Himaris' legislative program where MPH makes a priority list of legal products that need to be taken care of either just to be discussed or revised according to the needs and urgency that are being experienced by Himaris.


3.General Assembly

A general assembly is held at the beginning, middle, and end of the management period in terms of changes to the articles of association and/or bylaws. Accountability of the Management, the appointment and removal of the chairman of MPH and BPH Himaris, as well as the disbandment of Himaris State Polytechnic Bandung


There are 3 types of general assembly, namely:

1.Initial Session Period

Initial Session Period is a session that aims to ratify the activity plan from BPH Himaris for the next period and ratify the young staff of MPH Himaris.


2.Midterm Session

The Mid-Term Session is a session that aims to evaluate the accountability report of BPH Himaris for half a period and explain the results of supervision from Commission 3 of MPH Himaris to BPH Himaris.


3.Period End Session

The Final Session of the Period is a session that contains several events such as the performance evaluation of BPH Himaris, the demotion of the chairman and members of BPH Himaris, the performance evaluation of MPH Himaris, the decrease of the chairman and members of MPH Himaris, the inauguration of the chair and members of MPH and BPH Himaris for the new period, and lastly, the ratification of the GBKO or organizational policy outline for the next period.


4.Aspiration Days

Aspiration Days is a day where the aspirations of all Himaris members are collected. Aspiration Days is carried out by distributing questionnaires which will later accommodate all aspirations of all students majoring in English, which aims for the good of the association.
